I've been working here for a year now. Wow time flies. I really don't feel like i've been working in australia for a year.
I feel like i've had a busy couple of months, especially with the last month and the boxing training. I mean its only a couple nights a week but it is tiring.
I also have been determined to get to church most sundays and do bible study in the week (I really notice a difference when I go regularly) so thats keeping me busy too. It feels good though! I think I have more energy now (mostly) and more motivation. I had got myself into a bit of a rut before. Im hoping the excercise will help me to not have these headaches all the time. They're really ruining things. As to whats causing them? Could be a number of things. Stress, anxiety, posture, sitting in front of the computer, food allergies.
Okay, so i can tick all of the above. What can i do to help myself?
