First day back in the office after the 4 day easter weekend! I love long weekends. I get paid to have a day off and it doesn't eat into my holiday hours. :) Who wouldn't love that? Maybe we should petition to always have a 4 day weekend. Hmmmm.
Anyways, today's been alright. But I have to vent about something. Who borrowed my stapler and jammed it? Then considerately placed it back on my desk all jammed up and didn't even bother to fix it?
Who left all the dirty cups on the dishrack and didn't wipe up the sauce that they splashed on the counter top while making their lunch? huh?! Who? It certainly wasn't me as I am the lucky soul who has to clear up after you!
So when you next use the office kitchen please consider that someone has to clean up after you. Thank you :)

On twitter last night someone asked whether it was more depressing the night before going back to work if you had the 4 days off instead of the normal 2?
I have to say its MORE depressing because you're just getting used to not having to get up early.
Hehe but then the fact you've had two extra days off brings a smile to my face :)
I LOVE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!! Australia seems to have more than the UK. But an aussie reckoned England had more so who knows?
Met with a mortgage broker on friday. We've applied for a mortgage, just waiting to hear if it comes through. Very exciting!!
We had a lovely easter lunch thanks to Pauls mum. She is a great cook. We had canneloni (home made) and salad. YUM! Had fun with the extended fam. The kids enjoyed their easter eggs too.
The rest of the weekend Paul and I chilled out. Which was nice :) Good to do nothing ya know?
